Solid Property Group was founded by Bassam Youssef who brings to the business more than 20 years of experience in all areas of construction. Bassam completed a Bachelor of Building in Construction Management degree at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) and graduated with honours.

As Managing Director, he is well regarded as a dynamic and driven leader who develops and maintains the overall running of the business.  With a strong knowledge of all aspects within the industry, Bassam is committed to ensuring that all projects are successfully delivered to the highest level of service and maintains a business philosophy of project control where he personally oversees the management of all projects.
